CEK students become independent, successful adults.
While preparing teens for college or university is an exciting time, they will encounter new experiences and new challenges.
In 2015, about 21 percent of students ages 12–18 reported being bullied at school during the school year and persons age 18 to 21 were the most likely to experience a serious violent crime.
CEK will provide students the tools and training necessary to recognize (situational awareness), defuse and de-escalate but will prepare them if those options are unsuccesful.
Self-Defense Training is a life skill that all high school students will need to transition into our communities and workplaces as more confident and responsible individuals.
